iPEC created an online questionnaire · THE ELI Or Energy Leadership Index · illuminating your unique composition of the 7 levels of energy. These results are unique to each individual and yield the baseline for your personal growth.
How does the process work?
As an ELI (Energy Leadership Index) Master Practitioner, I will invite you to an online questionnaire which you can answer at your own time. About a week later I'll debrief you in person (over phone). This 1-2 hour process already significantly increases your awareness and gives you very specific insights into the way you perceive and respond to life experiences.
